The mission of DestiNations International (DNI) is to partner with Anabaptist churches to recruit, train, send, and support teams to proclaim the Gospel and plant reproducing, mission-minded Anabaptist churches among unreached peoples.

While every believer may not be called to serve overseas or in cross-cultural ministry, every believer is called to participate in helping fulfill the great commission. DNI exists to assist the church in carrying out the mandate that Christ gave to the church. Recognizing that we are co-laborers with God to reach the lost, we partner with individuals and churches to support the workers that God has called to the unreached. While we seek to connect workers with places in which to labor, we also invite partners to labor together with them in prayer and other essential forms of support.

DNI Co-Laborers is an initiative to unite workers and churches to labor together to advance the Gospel. Some DNI workers have a sending church and strong support base, while some come from small churches or communities and have the need for additional support from a broader base of intentional believers.

Becoming a DNI Co-Laborer is an opportunity for individuals, businesses, and churches to partner and connect with DNI Workers who are otherwise under-supported in terms of finances, prayer, and connection.

Prayer

• DNI emails the Intercessor’s Bulletin monthly so Partners know how to pray.
• DNI mails physical worker prayer cards to Partners as a reminder to pray..
• Partners can let workers know they are praying and give feedback and ask questions about requests.
• Workers inform Partners of the answers to pray so they can rejoice together.

Communication & Connection

• Partners are invited to join workers’ email or WhatsApp groups.
• Workers give in-person presentations to Partners when feasible.
• Workers share a ministry update, Q&A session, or prayer time with the whole church via video call.
• Partners can send words of encouragement to workers.

Financial Support

• Partners receive quarterly worker financial reports to better understand worker financial needs.
• Partners give through DNI to financially support the worker.
• Workers periodically report how the financial support is building the Kingdom.

• Get Matched with a Worker – DNI can select an under-supported worker, or, if preferred, DNI can send a list of available Workers from which the Partner can choose.
