The DNI board has commissioned a couple (A&J R) for the purpose of exploring and casting a vision for a network of Anabaptist ministries, communities, and churches across Europe. We look forward to what will emerge after this year of exploration.

Our vision is to see a network of Anabaptist ministries, communities and churches established across Europe. We are exploring opportunities in Europe and hope to see ministries, communities and churches established throughout Europe.

The focus during this year of exploration is as follows:
1. The flow of refugees/immigrants who are resettling throughout Europe.
2. A return of Anabaptism to a now post-Christian Europe.
3. Discipling of European Christians who have interest in Anabaptism.

We are inviting other Anabaptist organizations and church groups to consider getting involved in sending people and serving in this part of the world. We also envision more DNI teams ending up in this part of the world as well, but we see a need for a network of ministries and churches way beyond what DNI can carry forward.

We have commissioned a couple (A&J R family) for a year of exploration and vision casting for this part of the world. Their role includes several months of travel throughout European countries, researching and documenting the various opportunities, as well as visiting and learning from those teams and/or organizations who have already begun work in Europe. They are collaborating with other Anabaptist organizations during this exploratory year by sharing research and brainstorming together how we can continue to develop a network of Anabaptist ministries, communities and churches across Europe.
